Peter Crawley is a Solicitor and works in the contentious probate team at WBW Solicitors. He joined the firm in November 2017 and is based in our Newton Abbot office.

Peter specialises in inheritance claims, will disputes and executor disputes.

Peter grew up in Ashburton and studied law at the University of Exeter and the University of Saarland, Germany. He joined WBW in November 2017 and qualified as a solicitor in August 2022 in the first sitting of the new Solicitors Qualifying Examinations.

Peter enjoys getting into the heart of complex cases and working logically to draw conclusions or to find the flaws in others’ arguments. He tries to be straight-talking and pragmatic with his clients.

Peter loves living in the countryside and is very happy to have been able to settle in sunny Devon! When he’s not working, he helps with a local Scout troop and enjoys walking, cycling and riding horses on Dartmoor. He is also a keen bell ringer and often spends his weekends in draughty church towers.
