Tim joined Crosse + Crosse in September 1982 and is head of the civil litigation department. Tim is a member of the Housing Law Practitioners' Society and on the Panel of Mediators for the Devon & Exeter Law Society.
Tim deals with all civil litigation matters including property disputes, housing law, contract/partnership disputes and all licensing matters.
Lisa joined Crosse + Crosse as a Trainee Solicitor in 2001 and qualified in March 2003, she has since specialised in Civil Litigation and Employment Law.
Lisa carries out a broad spectrum of Litigation work including landlord and tenant matters, contractual disputes, contentious probate, cohabitation disputes, boundary disputes, bankruptcy/insolvency and professional negligence.
Lisa also deals with Employment matters including claims for unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, wrongful dismissal, discrimination claims, breach of contact, advising on and drafting Compromise Agreements and advising employers/employees generally on their obligations/rights.
Hannah joined Crosse + Crosse in 1992 and is a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives.
Hannah deals with all civil litigation and licensing matters including the licensing of public houses, nightclubs and music events and has a particular interest in the new Licensing Act and developments.
Zoe started her Training Contract with Crosse & Crosse in October 2006. She currently deals with all aspects of civil litigation.
