Richard joined Crosse + Crosse in September 1987 and is the Head of the Personal Injury Department. Richard has been a member of the Law Society PI Panel since 1994 and is a member of the Headway Referral Panel, Spinal Injuries Association, National Back Pain Association and Exeter Medico Legal Society. He has also formerly been a member of APIL for more than 10 years.
Richard deals with all aspects of personal injury work for both claimant and defendant with a particular interest in road traffic accidents; employer liability claims and head injury and other catastrophic injuries.
Stacey joined Crosse + Crosse in July 1994 as a Filex (Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives) with the firm before qualifying as a solicitor. Stacey is a member of the Exeter Medico Legal Society, the Law Society PI Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) Devon and Cornwall Region. She has been a member of APIL for over 10 years and has been admitted to their panel as a Senior Litigator in personal injury claims.
Stacey deals with all aspects of personal injury work acting predominantly for Claimants and with a particular interest in those cases involving serious injuries.
Stacey also advises on commercial leases and all aspects of commercial transactions.
Karen joined Crosse + Crosse in August 2001 and is a member of the Exeter Medico Legal Society.
Karen deals with all claimant personal injury work including employers liability claims, road traffic accidents and occupier liability claims.
Nicola joined Crosse + Crosse in May 2004 and is a member of the Exeter Medico-Legal Society and APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
Nicola deals with all areas of claimant personal injury work including employers liability; occupiers liability; RTAs and accidents in public places
Nigel joined Crosse + Crosse in May 1997 from BT's in house legal department.
Nigel deals with all personal injury matters. He has also maintained a specialism gained at BT in utility damage claims and is regularly instructed on such work.
Penny joined Crosse + Crosse in October 2002 and is a student member of the Institute of Legal Executives and has a CLT Paralegal Diploma in Personal Injury Law and a Higher National Certificate in Legal Practice.
Penny is experienced in all areas of personal injury including cases requiring representation at inquests and fatal accident claims.
Diana joined Crosse + Crosse in November 2003 and is a member of MASS.
Diana deals with all personal injury work including RTAs; accidents at work; accidents in public places, cable (utility) damage claims and has a particular interest in children's injury claims.
Laura joined Crosse + Crosse in June 2002.
Laura began working in the firm as a legal secretary dealing with clients relating to personal injury and employment matters.
Laura remains in the Personal Injury Department and has now progressed to a Para-Legal carrying out a variety of work. She also has a keen interest in brain injury matters.
