Zoe joined Crosse + Crosse in 2005 and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in March 2009.

Zoe attained an Honours degree in English Literature at the University of Sussex before commencing her legal studies. Zoe moved to Exeter to study for her post-graduate diploma in law at Exeter University. She completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of West of England whilst undertaking her training contract at Crosse + Crosse.

Zoe deals with all aspects of employment law and Tribunal claims. Zoe advises employers on their obligations towards their employees, particularly in respect of redundancy and disciplinary procedures. She also deals with drafting employment contracts and related documents. Zoe acts for employees in unfair or wrongful dismissal claims and advises on compromise agreements, contractual and statutory rights.

Zoe has a particular interest in cases with involve the Transfer of Undertakings and Protection of Employees Regulations 2006 or arrangements with agency workers and subcontractors.
