Katherine joined Crosse + Crosse in February 2013.  She is a Solicitor with the firm in the Family Department.

Katherine has a high level of experience in the following fields:

  • Divorce and separation advice
  • Financial provision upon divorce
  • Complex financial disputes such as those relating to property claims, business interests, family farms and pension sharing
  • Issues surrounding children, including Child Arrangements Orders (previously known as Residence and Contact Orders), Parental Responsibility Orders and Agreements, Specific Issue Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders
  • Injunctions for protection against domestic abuse.

Katherine's expertise is recognised as a Resolution Specialist with accreditation in two areas: Advanced Financial Provision and Private Children Law following separation and divorce.

Katherine studied at Cardiff University where she gained a degree in Law and French and a distinction in her post graduate Legal Practice course, before training and qualifying as a Solicitor in Devon.
