Karen joined Crosse + Crosse in August 2001.  She is a Partner with the firm and a Solicitor in the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department.

Karen has a high level of experience in the following fields:

  • Road traffic accidents
  • High value claims

Having completed her finals at the College of Law in Guildford, Karen trained and qualified as a Solicitor in London. She spent the early part of her career engaged in the field of general litigation, later specialising in Clinical negligence and personal injury work. She worked in London for some years gaining much advocacy experience appearing in the Queen's Bench Division of the High Court and many County and Magistrates Courts.

Karen has specialist knowledge and expertise in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence work in particular high value, complex claims. Many clients have expressed appreciation for the understanding and sensitive approach Karen takes when conducting their claims. 

Karen is a member of the Devon and Somerset Law Society and The Exeter Medico-Legal Society.
