Online Wills and Powers of Attorney

Through our online service you are able to select and purchase these documents, fill them in and submit them to us for rapid review, before downloading and finalising them.

We recommend that you consider using this service if your circumstances are 'straightforward', and you have no mental health issues or complicated family relationships.

We recommend that you seek face to face legal advice if your family circumstances are complex, or if you have any mental impairment. Mental capacity is important when writing a will or granting a power of attorney, and the documents may be invalid if this issue is not correctly dealt with.
