Further advice
Should you require advice which is not included in the online document service (or on any other aspect of employment law) you can click and buy a fixed telephone or email advice. You will then be contacted to arrange an appointment.
Other funding options
We do not offer public funding (legal aid) for employment matters. Public funding is generally not available for business matters and therefore employers are unlikely to obtain public funding for employment matters. Subject to financial eligibility, employees may be able to obtain public funding for an initial consultation but not for Tribunal proceedings.
We have launched a range of fixed price annual packages for employers, offering advice and document drafting. You will be advised by a qualified solicitor who will wish to gain an understanding of your business and requirements to ensure our service is fully tailored to your needs.
