Fixed Price Annual Employment Law Packages/Documents 

If an employee succeeds in a claim in the Employment Tribunal, you could face being ordered to pay up to £66,200 for an unfair dismissal claim plus your own legal fees and, in some cases, the legal fees of the employee.  The award for a discrimination claim is unlimited.  It is always better to seek advice and get it right from the outset.   

Our experienced employment solicitors offer specialist legal advice on all aspects of employment law.  We have launched a range of fixed price annual packages for employers, offering advice and document drafting.  We are clear about what is included within the price so you can budget effectively. 

You will be advised by a qualified solicitor who will seek to gain an understanding of your business and requirements to ensure our service is fully tailored to your needs.

The following standard annual packages are available. 

BRONZE

•  Two hours telephone & email advice

•  One document marked ◊

SILVER

•      Five hours telephone & email advice

•      Two items marked ◊ or one item    marked ◊◊

•      50% discount for all employment law events

£750.00 plus VAT

 

 

GOLD - DOCUMENTS

From £1,200** plus VAT

  

GOLD - ADVICE & TRAINING

From £1,200** plus VAT

**  £1,200 plus VAT for businesses with up to 50 employees.  The price will increase by £250 per year (plus VAT) for each additional 10 employees.

Preparation of Staff Handbook to include, training guidelines, discrimination policies disciplinary/grievance procedures etc.

Individual Cost: £550 + VAT

(if any industry specific procedures are required this may involve an additional expense.  We are happy to discuss your requirements).

 

Staff training

We will come to your place of work and provide two hours training for HR staff on employment law issues to include printed materials - training requirements to be agreed in advance.  Travel costs extra if your workplace is further than 10 miles from Exeter.

Individual Cost: £500 + VAT

 

You may also pre-purchase telephone advice at £100 + VAT per hour (credit will be valid for 12 months from purchase) or arrange a one hour face to face meeting with an employment solicitor for £110 plus VAT. 

We think our range of employment packages will suit most employers.  If you require only a limited amount of advice or a specific document, these services may be purchased individually.  If you would prefer a different combination of employment law services we can provide a quote for a tailored fixed fee package to suit your requirements.  If you would like to arrange a free and informal meeting to discuss your requirements please contact us.
