 Legal Aid Assistance

Law Society research has revealed that a quarter of people who received early advice managed to resolve their problems within 3-4 months as opposed to the average of 9 months.  The analysis adds weight to the argument that early legal advice, much of which was removed in the legal aid cuts under the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (LASPO), should be reinstated.
