Park Home Site Rules

Help for Park Home Owners and Residents Associations.

The government has now introduced new regulations for site rules.  They come into effect on 4th February.  Site owners have a year to lodge site rules with the local authority.

The rules provide for consultation and for a set procedure (and forms) to be used.  Partner, Tim Selley, says "This gives home owners and residents associations a real opportunity to have a say on the rules applying to their site". 

Tim handles park home cases all over the country.  In 2012 he was the specialist advisor for the Communities and Local Government Select Committee enquiry into reform of park home law.  He is happy to help home owners and associations on this and other park home issues, not just where there are problems with the site owners, but sales and purchases too, where fixed fees can be offered.
