Exeter Solicitor, Tim Selley, has just finished his role as a "specialist advisor" to the House of Commons Communities and Local Government Select Committee for its enquiry into Park Home Law.
Tim, a Partner at Crosse + Crosse in Exeter, has a glowing reputation in Park Home Law and is widely regarded in this field with over 30 years of legal experience. It was based on his experience and reputation that Tim was appointed as a specialist advisor.
The House of Commons Communities and Local Government Select Committee earlier this year signalled its intention to carry out a consultation exercise on a package of Park Home Law reform. The Committee aims to identify key concerns of Park Home residents and site owners and, if necessary, suggest legislative changes. Tim has been required to attend the House of Commons on a number of occasions over the last few months to provide expert advice on matters involving Park Home Law.
Tim richly deserves the recognition that comes with being on the House of Commons Communities and Local Government Select Committee. It is excellent news for both Tim and Crosse + Crosse.
