Suzanne is a Licensed Conveyancer who joined Crosse + Crosse on 1st June 1993. She handles residential conveyancing, both locally and throughout the country and has built up extensive experience in resolving a wide range of property transactions, whatever difficulties have to be surmounted. Suzanne handles sales, purchases, remortgages, gifts of property, transfers of equity, residential leases, deeds of variation and claims for adverse possession.
Suzanne's longstanding professional contacts with estate agents and surveyors, together with the firm's IT resources and online links with the Land Registry, help to make the conveyancing process run quickly and efficiently. Suzanne is available to clients by direct telephone line, fax or email and, so far as possible, will handle each transaction from start to finish. Home visits can also be arranged if required.
