David joined Crosse + Crosse in April 1979 and is head of the probate department.  David is a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers), the MHRT (Mental Health Review Tribunal) Panel and is a Director of MIND (Exeter & East Devon).

David advises on all aspects of wills and probate.

David also deals with all mental health cases as well as private Magistrates' Courts matters, inquest work and investigations of pharmacists by the regulatory body (i.e. Royal Pharmaceutical Society).
