Tim Selley joined Crosse & Crosse in September 1982 as an articled clerk and was admitted to the roll of Solicitors in October 1984. Tim had previously attained a law degree at Reading University and achieved Honours in his solicitor final examinations at Guildford College of Law.
Tim undertakes a wide range of litigation work including:-

With 25 years of legal experience, Tim is skilled at negotiating out of court settlements and is an accomplished representative at mediation meetings. If matters cannot be resolved out of court, Tim is a keen advocate with an excellent knowledge of court procedure.

Zoe joined Crosse + Crosse in 2005 and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in March 2009.
Zoe attained an Honours degree in English Literature at the University of Sussex before commencing her legal studies. Zoe moved to Exeter to study for her post-graduate diploma in law at Exeter University. She completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of West of England whilst undertaking her training contract at Crosse + Crosse.
Zoe deals with a wide range of litigation work including property and construction based claims, landlord and tenant, partnership disputes debt recovery and enforcement.
Zoe also undertakes regulatory work; advising and representing clients facing disciplinary action by a professional body. In this field, Zoe has particular experience of representing registrants of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain.
Jason joined Crosse & Crosse in 2006 after spending 3 years at a local firm of solicitors in Exeter. In 2008 Jason completed a Higher National Certificate in Legal Practice and shortly thereafter became an Associate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives. Jason transferred from the firms conveyancing department to the Civil Litigation department in 2009. Jason deals with a wide range of litigation work including property disputes, debt recovery (business and personal debts), enforcement and contract disputes. Jason has a particular interest in litigation matters relating to property due to his background in conveyancing. In addition to litigation work, Jason also undertakes matters relating to licensing and the Licensing Act 2003. This involves applying for a new premises licence, variation of an existing licence, applying for a Temporary Event Notice etc. Jason deals with the licensing work for a major South West music festival.
