Tim Selley joined Crosse & Crosse in September 1982 as an Articled Clerk and he was admitted to the roll of Solicitors in October 1984.  He has been a Partner since 1991 and is the Head of the Civil Litigation Department.

Tim had previously obtained a Law Degree at Reading University and achieved Honours in his Solicitors Final Examinations at Guildford College of Law.

Tim undertakes a wide range of litigation work including disputes concerning:-

• Property
• Boundary disputes
• Contracts
• Landlord and Tenant matters
• Park Homes
• Business partnerships

Tim also has a thorough grasp of Licensing Law and represents commercial clients and Licensees at Local Authority Licensing Sessions.

With 25 years of legal experience Tim is skilled at negotiating out of Court settlements.  He is an accomplished representative at mediation meetings.  If matters cannot be resolved by negotiation out of Court, Tim is a keen advocate with an excellent knowledge of Court procedure.

Tim is listed as a Solicitor with experience of handling leasehold matters as provided by the Leasehold Advisory Service ("LEASE") and also a member of the Housing Law Practitioners Association.
