    Tim Selley joined Crosse & Crosse in September 1982 as an articled clerk and was admitted to the roll of Solicitors in October 1984.  Tim had previously attained a law degree at Reading University and achieved Honours in his solicitor final examinations at Guildford College of Law.

    Tim undertakes a wide range of litigation work including:-

    Property based claims, Contractual disputes, Landlord and tenant, Park home disputes, Partnership disputes, Licensing.

    With 25 years of legal experience, Tim is skilled at negotiating out of court settlements and is an accomplished representative at mediation meetings.  If matters cannot be resolved out of court, Tim is a keen advocate with an excellent knowledge of court procedure.

    Jason joined Crosse & Crosse in 2006 after spending 3 years at a local firm of solicitors in Exeter. In 2008 Jason completed a Higher National Certificate in Legal Practice and shortly thereafter became an Associate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives. Jason transferred from the firms conveyancing department to the Civil Litigation department in 2009.

    Jason deals with a wide range of litigation work including property disputes, debt recovery (business and personal debts), enforcement and contract disputes. Jason has a particular interest in litigation matters relating to property due to his background in conveyancing.

    In addition to litigation work, Jason also undertakes matters relating to licensing and the Licensing Act 2003. This involves applying for a new premises licence, variation of an existing licence, applying for a Temporary Event Notice etc. Jason deals with the licensing work for a major South West music festival.
