This is not possible to say until we know precisely what work is involved. It is a little like asking your mechanic how much it would cost to fix your car without them knowing what the problem is or their lifting the bonnet.
However, we will take initial details from you on first contact in order to give you an estimate of likely fees at the outset. This fee estimate is always confirmed in writing and is as accurate as possible based on the information known.
You may set a limit either of time or of fees although clearly due to work involved and the fact that there are often a number of third parties (for example - landlords, their solicitors, their mortgagees, your mortgagee) it is not always possible to stick to the initial estimate, although as and when complications come up these will always be discussed with you and you will be kept up to date on the fees position regularly.
In certain circumstances we do offer a 30 minutes free session in order to give initial advice. This could be useful to discuss a particular problem or to get full details of likely legal issues in a course of action you are considering. Due to the shortness of time, these sessions are usually in principle only and can form a useful initial guidance before you or your company implement a plan.
